September 24, 2008 (Sawf News) - Israeli-American actress Natalie Portman, 27, and Venezuelan folk singer boyfriend Devendra Banhart, 27, have broken up, a source tells People.

The two started dating in March after Portman starred in a Bollywood spoof video for Banhart's song Carmensita, which cast Portman as a princess whom Devendra must save with his "rebellious beard."

Since then the couple has been spotted kissing on the streets of New York and over a sushi dinner at Jewel Bako, and have traveled together to Cannes and Israel.

In the past Natalie has been romantically linked to actors Gael Garcia Bernal and Jake Gyllenhaal, She reportedly dated Nat Rothschild, of the famous multi-billionaire banking family.
