Lindsay Lohan has claimed she was punched by a waitress while celebrating her birthday in LA.


July 02, 2010, (Splash News) - Lindsay Lohan has claimed she was punched by a waitress while celebrating her birthday in LA.

The star was celebrating her 24th birthday at Voyeur club in LA on the early hours of July 2 when she was hit by the girl.

She wrote on Twitter: "A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason."

According to onlookers, Lohan was drinking Red Bull and she was telling the truth about the claims.

A source said to UsMagazine.com: "The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!

"Doug didn't want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out."
